. Each frame is carefully handcrafted from Tasmanian oak timber, which is known for its unique character and natural beauty. Because every piece of wood has its own distinct grain pattern, color, and texture, slight imperfections and natural variations are inevitable. These variations, however, are part of the charm, ensuring that every frame is one-of-a-kind. No two frames are identical, making each one a unique work of art that celebrates the individuality of both the timber and the craftsmanship involved.

Q: Can you create custom frames to suit my picture?

Q: Where do you ship to ?
We currently ship Australia wide!

Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping is $15 for orders within Australia. We also offer the option of collection from Elwood Victoria.
Local collection is by appointment only. As a small business run alongside full-time work, pickups are arranged outside regular business hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to book a suitable time.

Q: How should I hang my frame?
Due to the weight of the photo frame, it is essential to hang it using a proper picture frame hook. Using sticky hooks or adhesive strips is not recommended, as they may not provide the necessary support, and the frame could fall. For safety and stability, always use a reliable hook designed for the weight of the frame
